Terms & Conditions on the ‘Learning sessions & Workshops’ of C-nery​

Applicability

These Terms and Conditions describe the terms and conditions regarding the C-nery service ‘Learning sessions & Workshops’ provided by C-nery BV, with registered office at Kruisstraat 71, 3078 Kortenberg, Belgium and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises with enterprise number 1011.592.313 (“C-nery”).

Language

The learning sessions and workshops in Ghent and Antwerp will be conducted in Dutch, those in Leuven will be in English unless all participants are native Dutch.​

All course material is in English.​

Offer & Commitment

You can subscribe via this link.

Once you’ve filled in the form to subscribe and send this form to C-nery, C-nery considers this as a commitment to participate in the learning session(s) and workshop(s) you have marked in the form.

After subscribing, you agreed on buying services according to the terms & conditions on the ‘Learning sessions & Workshops’ of C-nery.

You will receive an invoice. Your subscription will be confirmed upon payment.

Pricing

Pricing of the ‘Learning sessions & workshops’ are mentioned on the C-nery website www.c-nery.com/learn.

Prices can vary each quarter. The charged price for the registration is the price that was posted on the website during the quarter of registration.

All prices mentioned are the price per session per person.

All prices are VAT excl.; VAT = 21%

All sessions and workshops include lunch, coffee and water.

Cancellation 

Cancellations can be reported via mail to hello@c-nery.com.​

Cancellation of the registration by a participant or by C-nery

Cancellation of the registration is possible up to 10 calendar days before the course or workshop takes place. Both a participant and C-nery can cancel the registration. In that case, the full registration fee will be refunded.​

Cancellation of the registration by a participant

For a cancellation within less than 10 calendar days before the session or workshop, C-nery will refund 10% of the registration fee. ​

If C-nery has not received prior notice of cancellation and you are absent, it will not be possible to request a refund of the registration fee. ​​

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration – your spot – to someone else. We do not charge any administrative fees for changing the registration.​

Payment

Payment must be made at least 14 calendar days before the learning session or workshops takes place. If the payment isn’t done, the registration is cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation via the mail address you mentioned when subscribing.

Complaints

If you do have any complaints about the service ‘Learning sessions & workshops’ you agreed upon, please contact us via hello@c-nery.com.

All disputes will be settled exclusively by the corporate court of Antwerp.
